Striving for perfection

Content and the industry

When working in the media and entertainment industry there is one hurdle that we must overcome and that is the quality of the content. We know that if the media and entertainment industry are successful it is because of the way they  harp on the vices of their audience so the question is, can you be integral, moral and explicitly Christian and still draw an audience? How? What kind of content can we provide?

Firstly, we acknowledged that there are ample examples of these out there already! We consider that being godly in everything we do is not just a challenge, it’s a requirement. God is in every aspect of our lives, in our sorrows, in our joys, in our work time, in our leisure time, in our family time, in our social time. The difference between developing and providing content that is Christian is that we can never be satisfied with just anything. On TV we see a lot of junk, even non-Christians can tell you that, in the app stores likewise, in bookstores, on the radio, on the Internet we must either sieve through the junk or just let it become part of our lives. A Christian company on the other hand, if it is to reflect godly attributes in its services and products, will never feed anyone junk. God is not only good, He is perfect! We will all fall short of that but we believe that we should strive for this perfection nonetheless.

The content provided by Christian companies should always uplift, educate, bring hope, light, comfort, joy. This is not easy to achieve but by calling ourselves a Christian media company this is what we promise to strive for in everything we offer. We pledge to use our God-given creativity, talents, time and passion for everything that is His to deliver only that which would be pleasing to our perfect and loving Father.
